At CUKOO, we strive to provide our customers with the best shipping experience. We offer fast and reliable shipping services across India. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Orders received before 12 pm will be shipped out the same day. All other orders and orders received on Sundays will be shipped the next day.

Our warehouse is open seven days a week, except for national holidays.

Since we are shipping from Delhi, all orders within Delhi-NCR will be delivered within 2-3 business days. For the rest of India, delivery time will vary from 3-5 business days depending on the distance.

We also offer express shipping services for pan-India orders at an additional cost of 150 rupees(Non-Refundable). This service is only available for prepaid orders. The package will be delivered the next day to all metro cities and 2-4 days to the rest of the country.

For customers in Delhi-NCR, we offer same-day delivery via porter services at an additional cost of 300 rupees. Customers can also opt for a personal delivery service at their own expense.

Please note that if you exchange an item, shipping will be free for the first time, after which a cost of Rupees 200 will be levied per item per shipment.

Refund & Returns Policy

We at Cukoo are committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes the product may not meet your expectations, and you may need to return or exchange it. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return, refund, or exchange policy from the date of the order on all our products except those which are on special Deals page.

NOTE: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT VALID ON ANY PRODUCT BOUGHT IN ANY SPECIAL SALE PERIOD, FOR EXAMPLE: "BLACK FRIDAY SALE"

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the below steps:

Login with your order details and pick the product that you need to return/exchange.

Hand over the product with its original packing to the pick-up person. The pick-up person will inspect the product and click a picture of it in front of you.

Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it for any damages or defects.

If the product is found to be in its original condition, we will initiate a refund or exchange as per your preference.

Please note that if you exchange an item, shipping will be free for the first time, after which a cost of Rupees 200 will be levied per item per shipment.

Please note that we do not charge any return shipping fees and express shipping charges are not refundable. Also, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition or if it is returned after the 7-day return period.
