Refund policy

We at Pink Bull Brands Pvt Ltd are committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes the product may not meet your expectations, and you may need to return or exchange it. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return, refund, or exchange policy from the date of the order on all our products except those which are on special Deals page.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the below steps:

1. Click the following link within 7 days of delivery. (https://www.cukoo.in/apps/return_prime)

2. Login with your order details and pick the product that you need to return/exchange.

3. Hand over the product with its original packing to the pick-up person. The pick-up person will inspect the product and click a picture of it in front of you.
   

4. Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it for any damages or defects.

5. If the product is found to be in its original condition, we will initiate a refund or exchange as per your preference.

6. Please note that if you exchange an item, shipping will be free for the first time, after which a cost of Rupees 200 will be levied per item per shipment.

Please note that we do not charge any return shipping fees and express shipping charges are not refundable. Also, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition or if it is returned after the 7-day return period.
